Questions
What does claiming cost?
Nothing. Claiming your listing is free. You only pay if you choose a Sponsored or Featured partner listing.
How do you check we are the firm?
If your email is on your firm's website domain, we confirm it straight away. Otherwise an automated call to the number on your SAL listing reads out a code. It takes about a minute.
Does paying move us up the list?
Yes. Featured partners appear first on every area and directory page, then Sponsored listings, then everyone else. Paid listings are always labelled. When someone sorts by distance, results stay closest first.
Can we cancel?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. A paid listing stays until the end of the period you paid for, then goes back to a free listing. Nothing you added is deleted.
Is this a referral fee?
No. It's a flat advertising fee. We never charge per enquiry or take a share of your fees.
