For notaries
Listing terms
Last updated 25 October 2026
1. Who we are
singaporenotary.com.sg is run by Digitize Consulting Pte. Ltd. ("we"). These terms apply to firms that claim a listing or pay for a Featured partner or Sponsored listing.
2. Claiming a listing
You confirm you're authorised to manage the listing for your firm. We check claims using an email address on your firm's website domain, or an automated call to the phone number on your SAL listing. We may refuse or remove access if we can't confirm a claim, or if we think a listing is being misused. Claiming is free.
3. What you add to your listing
You're responsible for what you add, such as photos, descriptions, opening hours, services and contact numbers. It must be accurate and factual, and it must comply with the rules on publicity that apply to you as a lawyer. Don't claim to be the best or cheapest, and don't compare your fees with other firms. We may edit or remove anything that doesn't meet these terms. Changes to phone and WhatsApp numbers go live once we've checked them.
4. Paid listings
Sponsored listing: S$49 a month or S$490 a year.
Featured partner: S$249 a month or S$2,490 a year. A maximum of three firms can be Featured partners at any time.
Paid listings are a flat advertising fee for the placement and features described on our site. They're always labelled as Featured partner or Sponsored. We don't guarantee any number of enquiries or clients. We never charge per enquiry or take a share of your fees.
5. Billing and cancelling
Payments are taken in advance by Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your paid listing stays live until the end of the period you've paid for, and then it goes back to a free listing. Nothing you've added is deleted. We don't refund part periods, except as set out in section 6.
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it still hasn't gone through after about a week, your listing goes back to a free listing until payment is made. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and it will apply from your next renewal.
6. If you leave the SAL register
If your firm or notary is no longer on the SAL register, we'll remove the listing and refund any unused part of a paid period.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects paid listings, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
