Every document is different, so we quote each one. Tell us what you have and we will reply by email.

Your document

Your documents are confidential. They are sent over a secure connection, stored privately, seen only by the Notary Translations team preparing your quote, and deleted once they are no longer needed.

Notarisation is available through our partner law firm if required and will be quoted separately.

We only use your documents to prepare your quote.

When you need a certified translation

  • The organisation receiving your document has asked for a translation into English, or into its own language.
  • Your document is going to China or another country that wants it in its own language, as well as notarised and given an apostille.
  • A document issued in another language, such as a birth or marriage certificate, needs to be in English for an organisation in Singapore.

Common questions

What is a certified translation?

A translation by a professional translator, with a signed statement that it is complete and accurate, so the organisation receiving it can rely on it.

Do I need it notarised as well?

It depends on what you have been asked for. Some organisations accept a certified translation on its own; others want it notarised, and for use in another country, authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law. If you are not sure, tell us what you were asked for and we will advise.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the document, its length and the languages, so we quote each request individually.

Which languages can you translate?

Tell us the languages you need in the form and we will confirm when we reply.
